What to Bring

Bring valid government photo ID, the unsigned document, any originals for certified copies and any forms or instructions from the receiving institution.

How to Prepare

Make sure names match your ID exactly and confirm any witness requirements. If the institution gave you wording or forms, send them before your visit so we can check them.

Fees and Quotes

Quotes reflect the number of signatures, document type, witnesses and travel for mobile service. We confirm the total before we proceed.

What identification do I need for notarization?

Bring valid, government‑issued photo identification. The name on your document should match your ID. If a translator’s affidavit or witnesses are required by the receiving institution, advise us in advance so we can schedule appropriately.

Can you notarize certified true copies?

Yes. Bring the original document and allow time for review. Multi‑page items may be bound and sealed to maintain integrity, with page numbering where appropriate.

Do you offer mobile or after‑hours service?

Yes, where available. We coordinate location, access, and any witness requirements, and provide arrival windows plus confirmations.

How fast is the process?

Most single‑document notarizations are completed online within 3-5 business days. Rush or Same Day Service is available upon request. Non-Rush turnaround depends on document type, witness needs, and any follow‑up steps such as authentication or legalization.

Can you help with authentication and legalization?

Yes. For documents used outside Canada, we can direct you to Global Affairs Canada or Ontario Official Documents Services for authentication, and coordinate next steps with the relevant consulate.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I thought the case has reached an impasse as I was unable to get hold of the defendants. They have being actively avoding me and I wasn't aware of their whereabouts and I couldn't serve them.

Derik and his the team at Sunshine has been quite helpful in tracking them. Derik went the extra mile in setting up a "business meeting" with the defendant as he was clever to avoid being served.

My experience with Derik:
1. A knowledgeable individual. He consulted for me at no additional charge about how to serve the defendants properly considering the complexity of my case.
2. He was always willing to help and answer any questions and he had the skin in the game to get things done correctly.
3. For individuals who avoid to be served, he has work arounds to help find them with official records search or setting up "business meetings" or other rendezvous with them and serving them were while on the process.

I'm so thankful for all the help from WeServe&File Team.

WeServe&File offered great service at a decent price. I found them after other companies tried to take advantage of my situation and overcharge me, treated me with contempt or even refused the job. Everyone who was stuck in court for months because they couldn't serve papers knows what I am talking about.
