What We Need

Send the final documents to be served, the full name of the person or business, the service address and any helpful details such as a description, a photo or the best times to find them.

How Pricing Works

Price depends on where in Ontario service takes place, and is charged per address, entity and case. Urban serves cost less than remote ones. See the FAQ below for mileage, rural and printing fees.

Payment and Terms

Pay upfront by e-transfer or credit card when you finalize your order. NET-30 terms are available to qualifying law firms, insurers and lenders.

How much does service cost?

Our price depends on where in Ontario you need to effect service. Remote locations are more expensive. Cities and urban areas are less. For more information about our pricing or any other questions, please call 1877-535-3377.

* WeServe&File Inc. charges per address, entity, and the number of cases being served.

Are there any other fees?

1. Mileage is charged from the courthouse of jurisdiction to the service address. Civil, Federal and Criminal matters: $30 minimum, $55 maximum, per attempt. Family, Small Claims, Tribunal and POA matters: $25 minimum, $35 maximum, first attempt only.

2. Rural addresses (a “0” as the second character of the postal code) add $40 per attempt.

3. Printing is $0.50 per black-and-white page.

4. One attempt is included. Additional attempts are charged at the standard service fee ($99.95), plus mileage where applicable.

5. Mail-outs required by the Rules of Service are $20 plus printing costs.

How do I pay an invoice online?

You pay upfront by e-transfer or by credit card when you finalize your order. Terms are available to Legal Professionals, Insurance Company’s and Lenders across Canada

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I thought the case has reached an impasse as I was unable to get hold of the defendants. They have being actively avoding me and I wasn't aware of their whereabouts and I couldn't serve them.

Derik and his the team at Sunshine has been quite helpful in tracking them. Derik went the extra mile in setting up a "business meeting" with the defendant as he was clever to avoid being served.

My experience with Derik:
1. A knowledgeable individual. He consulted for me at no additional charge about how to serve the defendants properly considering the complexity of my case.
2. He was always willing to help and answer any questions and he had the skin in the game to get things done correctly.
3. For individuals who avoid to be served, he has work arounds to help find them with official records search or setting up "business meetings" or other rendezvous with them and serving them were while on the process.

I'm so thankful for all the help from WeServe&File Team.

WeServe&File offered great service at a decent price. I found them after other companies tried to take advantage of my situation and overcharge me, treated me with contempt or even refused the job. Everyone who was stuck in court for months because they couldn't serve papers knows what I am talking about. Flexibility and understanding seems rare in this area of business and WeServe&File has that.
